Have you been subject to sexual assault?

 

You are not alone.

 

Trauma can break connections.

It can feel like your burden is too much for others to bear.

 

Group work is a very effective tool to address this issue and help you unburden your pain.

 

This support group will put you in touch with people who can relate to your trauma and acknowledge your experience. It allows you to be heard, give and receive support and reclaim your agency.

 

The group will run for 10 consecutive Thursdays.

If you are interested, please contact me to arrange a preliminary interview, in which you will meet my co-facilitator Charity Mkone and myself. Together we will asses whether this group is right for you and can offer you what you need at this moment in time. We will also answer questions you may have and discuss the issue of strict confidentiality within the group.
